Before you accept a bid, withdraw it from the foot of the shipment page. Bidding stops, the carriers who bid are told your reason, and nothing is owed.
After you accept, you can cancel until the goods are collected. The carrier may then ask, once and within 7 days, for money it already spent on the shipment, up to its bid. You accept or decline.
